This was an intensive mentorship program  which is different from Low Dose High Frequency Mentorship program. The mentees received a big package of theories and practices in a limited time. The project was operated in 8 district hospitals of Western Province of Rwanda and a total number of 218 nurses and midwives were trained and awarded certificates in Basic Emergency Obstetric & Neonatal Care (B-EMONC).
